The bring back the original buds pro design. The ear buds fall out way too easily. Also fall out if your walking for too long.

These have to be the worse design ever, they just sit dangling in my ears, falling out at a quick or moderate head turn. They arent loud enough, since they just sit in your ear instead of secured in the canal by a bud, the wind over power them on the smallest of bike rides.. just bad
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey there Kody, Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3. These open-style earbuds are designed to enhance environmental awareness while delivering clear sound. Comfort can vary based on factors such as activity level, environment, and ear shape, especially during activities like cycling or walking. Since they're open-type earbuds without tips, place them in your ears to get started. Look for directional marks—L and R—on the bottom of each earbud. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L earbud into your left ear with the L facing you. Tilt the microphone slightly towards your mouth rather than downward. Adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds until they feel comfortable. For more details on fitting and adjusting your Galaxy Buds3 for optimal sound and wind protection, check the online article linked below. Your feedback is valuable. I tried really hard to like these they have some nice features, but they are by far the most uncomfortable ear buds I have ever had.there is a ridge where the 2 pieces come together that cause a sore in my ear in less than an hour of use

Hi 0000, Thank you for sharing your detailed experience with Galaxy Buds3. These earbuds are crafted to provide smart features and dependable performance all day long. Wearing them correctly is important for several reasons. It improves sound quality, enhances comfort, and keeps them securely in your ears. Improper use can lead to discomfort, sound leaks, and the risk of falling out. No one wants to lose an earbud, especially while jogging, so ensure you wear them with the right fit. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds rather than canal types, so they don’t have ear tips. To use them, simply place them in your ears. Check the bottom of each earbud for directional marks—L and R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing out, and the L earbud into your left ear with the L facing out. Angle the stem slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than directly down. You can adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forward or backward until they feel comfortable. For more tips on achieving a good fit with your Galaxy Buds3, check out the online article linked below. Feedback about comfort during longer listening sessions highlights how design details can impact wearability over time. Thank you for choosing Samsung. HORRIBLE/DO NOT LIKE

I decided to upgrade my earbuds from the Galaxy Buds Live due to the new design. This was the worse idea ever! There is no way to securely keep them from falling out of your ear. I searched for ear tips that would allow them to stay in. I made an attempt to like them and tried to come up with a solution to keep them, but my attempts left me with a pair of earbuds I don't like nor can use. I have wasted my money. This has been a nightmare.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Lady T! We appreciate your feedback and would like to provide some helpful tips. We see that you reached out concerning your buds not staying connected. First, ensure that you're wearing your earbuds correctly for optimal performance. It's also important to keep the earbuds within a 30-foot range of your device while avoiding obstructions like walls or electrical equipment that could interfere with the connection. Additionally, checking for any available software updates through the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, tablet, PC, or TV can enhance functionality. Make sure your earbuds have sufficient battery by verifying the levels in the Galaxy Wearable app or by placing them back in the case for a moment. Check out the link attached for options to help troubleshoot the low volume you are experiencing. If these steps don’t fully address your concerns, please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can offer further assistance. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111323/#no-or-low-volume-when-playing-music-or-one-bud-disconnects smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
Very very disappointed I have always bought samsung products , these buds fall off all the time, can't even play a sport or walk, or move without it not coming off my ear. I have never been so upset in buying and feeling like I wasted my money in something useless. Feels like I been robbed. I feel like not even shopping for samsung products. Very unsatisfied

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, David. We truly value your loyalty to Samsung products and noted your concerns. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds, which means they don’t come with ear tips that insert deeply into the ear canal. For the best fit, we recommend starting by checking the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds—an "L" for the left and an "R" for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. It can help to angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth. Additionally, you might find that rotating the buds forward and backward can create a more secure and comfortable fit. We want you to fully enjoy your Galaxy Buds3 experience, whether you’re exercising, walking, or on the move. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support.
