I bought these to replace my Buds2. Big mistake. They do not fit. There is sound degredation and they pop out. The design is horrible for human ears. I do not recommend this product.

They pop out of the ear really easy

The sound is decent. I don't like that they made them all plastic and rather large and didn't include any rubber ear tips to help them stay in the ear. My ears are on the smaller side as an adult and it's hard to comfortably seat these in my ears and have them stay. They pop out at least a few times a day (I use my earbuds all day at work.) The only options you can find to help are after market rubber ear hooks and they have to be removed before you can put them in the charging case. I'm afraid I'm going to lose an earbud with how easy they come out of my ear.

Good product, poor fit for me

I've had the last 3 generations of Samsung ear buds. I was determined not to but more but I was able to get these at such a great price. I ordered them and they arrived quickly. The sound and features are great. At times, they are very sensitive and will just start playing music based on a command or perceived command. I would not purchase them if I had to do it again for only one reason. This style does not stay in my ear. I loved the other Samsung ear bud designs because they fit perfectly in my ear especially the Galaxy Buds Live.

Very big in my ear which made it unsecure and very uncomfortable. Waxy ears so cannot use the silicone so the pro is not an option. Consider venturing into the open ear market. Curious to see what you guys design

We noted your concerns regarding comfort and fit. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears. You’ll find directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds—look for the "L" and "R" indicators. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. We recommend angling each bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can further adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forward and backward until it feels comfortable. We’re always exploring new designs and solutions to enhance comfort and usability for all our users, and we encourage you to try these adjustments to see if it improves your experience.
