We understand that having the correct fit is essential to having a great experience with your Buds3. Since these are open-type buds rather than canal types, they don’t have traditional ear tips, which can take some getting used to. To ensure a proper fit, please check the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. You'll see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. To get started, simply insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. You can adjust the buds by rotating them slightly forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. Ensure the microphone is positioned towards your mouth for optimal performance. Not happy with quality. Does not stay in my ear well. Falls out easily with the slightest move. Already returning after giving them a week.
