We noticed you reached out to voice some concerns you had about the buds not being able to stay in while you're listening to them. We understand that fit is crucial for the best experience. As open-type earbuds, the Galaxy Buds3 do not have ear tips. To get started, simply check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks indicating 'L' for left and 'R' for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the 'R' facing you, and insert the L bud into your left ear with the 'L' facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone is pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down, and adjust the fit by rotating them until they feel comfortable. The Active Noise Cancellation feature filters out surrounding noise, allowing you to enjoy your favorite audio without unwanted interruptions. We hate to see that you've had a bad experience trying to get your buds3 to fit in your ears. It's important to note that the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, meaning they do not have ear tips like canal-type models. To use them, simply check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings indicating left (L) and right (R). Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down, and adjust them by rotating them forward and backward until you find the right fit. Samsung Galaxy buds pro 3

I bought it 12/ 19/2023 .Now I have a Google pixel phone a little skeptical of of it would work on my pixel phone,,first thing I did was down Samsung apk . wearable. Once I did that I was able to get most of features and adapt to my music preferences . The volume on it much louder then pixel bud , they felt light on ear ,only thing had to change ear tips to medium size ,noise cancellation sometimes is good sometimes is not , ambient mode really good love that I'm able voice commands my music go next song or stop without touching anything ..sound quality was great and calls I love people where able to hear great,now a pixel person but had issues with pixel bud pro that's why had to try it..360 sound great on movies and audio.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great design, flawed performance

They look great and feel great but I've noticed the active noise cancelation doesn't seem to work. I had the Buds 2 Pro and it worked great, but these new ones I can't tell the difference whatsoever. I've toggles it on and off multiple times trying to hear a difference.
I've been a Samsung user for a long time and I'm VERY disappointed in these buds.
