Easily the worst ear buds I have ever bought. They worked good for the first 2 months and then now the speakers are blown through just daily use. These are the last pair of Samsung buds I will ever buy.

Runs big. Doesn't fit, falls off the ears. I would recommend to try them on at the store before purchasing.

Hi Mariana! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3. We completely understand your concerns about the fit and we want you to have the best experience with your buds. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds and do not have tips like traditional canal-type buds, fitting them can be a bit different. You can simply place them in your ears, as it's really straightforward. To get the best fit, check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks. You will see an "L" for the left ear and an "R" for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. When wearing them, we recommend angling the earbuds slightly so the microphone is pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also rotate them a bit forward or backward until you find the right fit that feels comfortable. We hope this helps you enjoy the incredible sound experience of the Galaxy Buds3. If you have any more questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

GOOD BUT NOT SAMSUNG'S BEST
on July 12, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This series of buds work good, they function well but them being sansungs latest ear buds on the market leaves you with a missing factor. They do not come out of your ear as easily as previous versions but they still kind of slide out of place, when this happens you loose a little sound. Love the new innovation on the touch of the buds on the body instead of the part where your ear goes but sometime it does not detect the move you want to do, like changing your song for the one before or something similar. It is hard to make more than one pinch. They are definitely noise canceling, the sound quality is very good, and battery performance is outstanding. Lastly, something major is the buds not being able to detect the AI Bixby when you talk, and during phone calls it just doesn't work, people can barely hear me.

They physically hurt
on July 18, 2025

Terrible. They don't fit the ears, so they actually hurt, and always feel like they're about to fall out. Because they don't fit the ears, the noise reduction is awful. I literally hear everything around me more than I do what's in the buds. I thought I would at least be able to swap something out so they could fit better, so I didn't exchange right away, but you can't. Not pleased with this product at all.

I Love This Earbuds!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are some of the best out there. They fit comfortably in my ear and do not slip out. The connection to my phone is simple and seamless with no issues. The sound of music or when talking to someone on a phone call is very clear with no static or other problems. I absolutely love the touch features especially when I unable to use my phone to change music or answer calls.

Still Deciding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still trying to figure out how to use the commands. The consistent feature is the touch command for the volume. It seems they are not responding to the other touch commands. They don't hurt my ears but I still don't have quite the right fit for my right ear.
I love the keyring case that was included. So far, they have been great with the multiple sound settings.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3! It's great to see that you love the keyring case that came with your buds, as well as the incredible sound settings. We do see that you are experiencing some challenges with the pinch commands, and we'd love to assist you. If your buds are not responding correctly to pinch or swipe gestures, please ensure you are using the pinch and swipe areas properly. The shape of your ears and how you wear the earbuds can affect their responsiveness. It’s important to pinch or swipe gently with your fingertips to avoid discomfort or injury, and please avoid using sharp objects, as they can damage the earbuds. Listen for a clicking sound when you pinch; if there’s no sound, the wear recognition feature may not be functioning as intended, so you might want to adjust how you wear the earbuds. If these steps don’t help, you can also restart the earbuds by placing them back in the charging case for 7 seconds before removing them. Lastly, ensure that your Galaxy Buds3, mobile device, and the Galaxy Wearable app are all updated to the latest software version to enhance their performance. If you have any further concerns or if this continues, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support. smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
I really like these earbuds overall. The pinch and volume controls take a little getting used to after using AirPods for a few years, but they work well once you adjust. The sound is decently loud, and the battery life on both the buds and the case is excellent—it lasts a long time.
That said, the fit is my biggest issue. The earbuds are a bit bulky and constantly fall out of my ears, which makes it uncomfortable to wear them for extended periods. I even end up wearing them upside down in the opposite ear just to get a more secure fit.
Overall, they have great sound and battery life, but the fit holds them back from being perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Bri! It’s great to see that you appreciate the sound quality and excellent battery life. These are key features we focus on. We understand that the open-type design of the Buds3 may take some time to get used to. To help with fit, please check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you should see an "L" and an "R". Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. You can angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth instead of straight down. Additionally, adjusting the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards can help you find the right fit. We appreciate your insights about the fit, and we're here to assist you further if needed. Thank you for your feedback! It’s great to see that you appreciate the sound quality of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We understand that a secure fit is essential for the best experience. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, they don’t have tips. To get the perfect fit, you can start by checking the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. You can adjust the angle slightly to point the microphone towards your mouth, and rotating it until it feels just right can help improve comfort.
