Some app I don't know why but the voice come out speaker , not come to the earbud. Can't answer phone call by the earbud, have to open by phone

I'm a dedicated Samsung customer, i own the galaxy buds pro so when i seen the buds 3 i had to have them. The sound quality is amazing, great bass, clear sound and great noise canceling. The stay in my ears and don't fall out which is great because I move around alot.
It just falls out of the ear. Doesn't stay at all l. Still not sure wgat the hoal was wirhbthus design. As uncomfortable as the buds 2 were at least they stayed for a while before falling out.
