Good sound, falls out of my ears

Apparently I need wings on the buds in order to stay in my ears. Just chewing while listening makes them fall out. The sound is good, but my anxiety about them falling out is going to ruin these for me. I did buy 3rd party silicone covers for the buds that add a wing, and those made them fit very well, however the charging case won't charge when those are on. So since I don't want to remove them each day just to charge, they aren't a solution. I am sure some people have the perfect shaped ear for these buds 3, just not for me I guess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not so good battery life

Battery life runs out too fast, even if you don't use the earbuds, even when they're sitting in their case. I've Anaya used Bose and decided to purchase these bc of the AI feature, I'm returning these and going back to Bose.

Wont fit in my ear no matter how much i try!!

I been samsung fan freak since galaxy s3. Always sticking with samsung products. I got these buds thinking they are good and will be a great asset while working out, listening to music and during calls. I dont have complain about the battery life and the sound quality. Everything is top notch but it wont simply fit in my ears!! I tried everything, tried replacing the bud's eartip part, changes the sizes.. nothing, nothing works at all. It keeps on falling after sometime and apparently its so irritating! I cant focus on my workout because i have to worry about my earbuds about to fall. i researched online and found out that even other people are facing similar problems. Samsung is such a big company and they should do more research on product design so that it dont have issues like this. Samsung never disappointed me but with this product, i am hugely disappointed.

Love the way they fit

Good Sound Troublesome Charging

Great sound. However, as many have noted charging is an issue. After use put them in the case and light blinks indicating a charging issue. no dirt or debris blow and clean out case and still will not charge. After a while and some extra trying it will finally charge. Had one pair that after 10 days would not charge at all and were replaced. Charging is still and issue with the second pair. This needs to be addressed.

Not a good fit

These ear buds are good on sound quality.
But they constantly fall out a ear which so annoying. Furthermore, they are NOT comfortable at all. I constantly have to reposition them in my ear to maintain a decent fit.

We see that you may be having a hard time getting your buds not to fall out of your ears. It's worth mentioning that the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal-type ones, which means they don’t have ear tips. To ensure the best fit, we recommend paying attention to the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. You'll find an "R" for the right bud and an "L" for the left. When you insert them, make sure to place the "R" bud in your right ear with the "R" facing you, and do the same for the "L" bud in your left ear. Additionally, to achieve a comfortable fit, try angling the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel just right. We hope these tips help enhance your listening experience!
