QC fail ?

I've always raved about AKG until now. I wonder if this current order passed QC because on 1st use I heard a loud, uncomfortable crack sound. Only happened once but then realized it happens once, every time I press play. I'm beginning the process of returning them, but do love the quality and style non-the-less, and will try once more. Should the 2nd pair fair well, I will promptly update this review.

Every song sound like a perfect Melody, a perfect balance, so clear, come with a nice like leather case ,every time you pair them the phone will tell you how much battery left, mine came with 80% battery.

Great sound quality, but not so great design

I bought this bluetooth wireless earbuds few months back and I was amazed with the excellent sound quality. The bass and details are great, but its not that much comfortable using it for long time. It either drops off from my ears or it is little uncomfortable after 20 minutes or so. Also, the untangling cable is not so comfortable if it touches the skin on the neck. If Samsung/AKG can address these design issues, its far more better that any leading wireless earbuds in the market.

For the price, it's not that bad

Purchase these headphones around October - November of 2018 so far satisfied not completely pleased. Still need to work on the noise cancellation feature or reduction feature as they have it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sounded great...until the battery exploded!

I bought these for my wife as a stocking stuffer and all was well for about two weeks until the battery suddenly exploded while she was listening to her music! Don't be surprised if these are recalled!
