not the old frigidaire quality

I have always insisted on Frigidaire appliances because they last for years beyond expectation & were great quality. Not so this one...I am so sorry I bought it. The storage drawer is about the quality of a sardine can. Flimsy & difficult to pull out & push in because of this. So scratch trying to use it for storage. One of the top burners has been adjusted countless times & I doubt it will ever burn properly. It holds the adjustment for one use then it is back to taking in too much air. And it has since day one burned with an uneven flame so the front of the pot you set on it cooks faster than the back of the pot. You have to continuously turn the pot or stir the food. I should have opted for the Professional model which is what I had before, but the price had gone up so much I chose this one....wrong choice. Pay more for a better model so you don't regret it like I do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the gas grill-top!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new home's kitchen couldn't accommodate a separate gas grill-top. This is the next best thing. The continuous grill-top allows large pots from tipping. Very happy with this oven.

Persistent oven odor

Overall I am satisfied with this stove, however there are two issues that I wish I did not have to deal with. The oven has a persistent plastic/chemical odor when heated. I am hoping that it dissipates over time. Also, even the lowest BTU burner is too hot on the lowest setting to simmer sauces slowly over time. I have had to purchase a separate heat diffuser in order to use the burner to cook spaghetti sauce.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful and functional

Centerpiece for our kitchen remodel. Fits beautifully onto our new granite counter tops. Converted easily from natural gas to propane with included accessories.

We bought it 3 months ago..we love it.i just wish they could of leveled our new range when it was dropped off..and it had one small dent..very small...but I do like it very much
