Shipping company was courteous. The dryer came with a large coin box and I found out why after I used it a couple of times. Each time I had to dry my clothes (on highest setting) two times to finally get everything dried. For large loads, I had to do three times. I'm really not liking how I have to continuously check on the clothes. :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
