Not worth the money

Not worth the money for sure. Nothing is intuitive or plug and play. Doing anything in the settings is difficult and finding simple, basic features (like inputs?) is much more complicated than it should be. My last tv, you plug the PC/laptop into the HDMI and you get video. Not at all on this overpriced thing. The picture is fine, sound is okay but I use a sound bar so no a factor. I cannot stand the voice remote or "SMART" TV garbage. Useless to me, I will never talk to any electronics, but there are no decent options that aren't "SMART". This one had the best reviews, I don't get it though, especially not for the price. It takes a ton of research to figure out basic settings. There's no manual, not even online that I have found, so you have to search random posts. Terrible

Great Picture and Sounds - The "magic" remote does NOT have numbers to channel select. Instead, you must use the optic pointer which is clumsy at best...but I have only owned the TV for 2 days....

Set up could not have been smoother or faster! The picture is truly amazing! Love the extremely thin profile of the screen at the top going into the base as well.

The TV is thin and light and has an amazing picture. I have had LG before and I am trying to get used to the format but with all the new technologies and apps it's not the same. I don't care for the remote wheel pointer ( not for older folks) Although the TV is great I prefer the home format of my previous brand. We did get an awesome price the included wall install. Over all the that's what sold me and I was curious about the AI features but I think it's above my understanding. I would like easier access when my TV is turned on to show you tube TV and the 4 or 5 favorite channels without all the other stuff all over the screen.. We have been having lagging with connection and we have 1tb speed.

Pros: 1. Display is very sharp and colors pop out. 2. Light weight and easy to install. So far loving it.
Cons: 1. Wall mount option Angie did not come thru' for me. Using the TV stand instead. 2. Volume goes up during ads. No mute button on Magic Remote - we have to bring down the volume to "0" for a mute.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your experience with the OLED55C5PUA. It’s great to hear how the sharp display, vibrant colors, and lightweight design have made setup and viewing enjoyable so far.
Regarding the wall mount and the volume changes during ads, we recognize what you are experiencing. For audio leveling, you can enable Auto Volume Leveling in the Sound Settings, and switching to AI Sound Pro can help keep volume more consistent across different content. You can also visit the LG support guide at https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-enable-auto-volume--20153215231163 which provides simple steps for turning on Auto Volume.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Display on content is breathtaking in clarity, vivid colors.Contrast was, of course, excellent due to the OLED screen. Of course, this is when watching the appropriate media. (I was watching an UHD disk of a movie). Out of the box, menu was really cluttered with apps I didn't need (not subscribed to most) and unwanted ads. I deleted the unused apps to de-clutter. Remote is nice with a point-at-screen-and-click feature. However, the precision of the pointing is a tad off. You get used to it. My package came with an LG soundbar which worked with the LG TV remote, which is a huge plus and allows me to put away the soundbar's remote. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase
