[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes it feels sluggish when opening a file/folder. It shouldn't happen with 16GB RAM on it. However, need to monitor some more time before arriving at a conclusion. But the laptop build and appearance quality is good. No major issues discovered until now.

It gives me access to everything I need, starts up fast (I have it where the lid being opened starts it up), and does all the tasks I need it to without any issue! It's definitely durable.
