They where good till they broke happend to me twic

I had bought a pair of The studio 2s at first I liked they at the beginning until they got scratched up Cary easy and the silver plastic trim started to chip off after about a 2 years of owning them I know test that the one side hinge was bent thought it was just lose so I checked and the bolts where tight ended up leaving it for a day or two and then tried to put it on and the one side hinge completely snapped off. I was very upset that they broke after only 2 years of hardly using them $400 for 2 years. Then I had contacted beats and they said that it was a problem that is very common so I just said forget it if there are that many problems with them I’ll just get the new ones for myself. So I got the beats studio3s they where great at first like the last pair with the cool animation that it made when it connected to my phone. Then after another 2 years i noticed that the same thing was happening where the one hinge is cracking. A week went by and I had not used them. Then when I finally needed them to go on a Important call they had just snapped. The frustration and anger I have with beats/apple. Then I decided we’ll let me try the beats x’s wow I thought what could go wrong there indestructible after I had them for a year. Little did I know I was about to be struck by a different problem. Boom the beats strike again they where having some form of software problems I talked to Apple and they said that they can’t do anything about it. So here I am today $1000 in the hole with beats/apple who have not done anything about there product and just expect me to keep buying the newer products every year or 2 in conclusion I have never had this much anger for a company in my life. DO NOT BUY BEATS. THEY WILL BRAKE

Don’t buy these

The refurbished beats headphones for some reason are very quiet, at quarter volume you can’t even hear the Audio, at half volume it sounds very quiet, need to put them on full blast just have it partially loud. Buy brand new don’t buy refurbished.

Don't waste your money

I received these headphones as a gift, and after about a year of use they create this terrible squealing noise and are unwearable. I found out after they are not sweat resistant which might be the problem since I wear them mostly when I workout. I find it pretty funny how these headphones are not designed for workouts when all of the beats ads are people wearing them while working out. Any sort of investigation and you'll discover beats are not even worth the price for their sound quality and now they are not worth the price for their build quality. Don't fall for marketing save your money and buy something that's built to last or at least build as advertised.

Great When They Worked

It has been 6 months and I have to take them in for repair. I tried resetting them and now they won't turn off or pair. Fortunately, I paid half the price they are currently selling for and they are still under warranty. The sound is good, the ear pads are soft and comfortable. The case is great and pairing them with my iPhone 11 Pro was easy. But, they have been glitchy and now aren't working (purchased in June 2019). This does not speak well for their longevity.

Comfortable

Bought my first Beats in store on Black Friday. I found them to be very comfortable. Not the best for working out as I found my ears got to sweaty. They don’t breath very well. The sound quality is good overall. Not very loud and the noise canceling doesn’t sound quite as nice as my BOSE noise cancelling in-ear wired ear buds. One issue I did have was the plastic on one of the ears started separating from so I could see the wires. I brought them back to Best Buy and they replaced them but I’m a bit concerned this is a weakness in the product. Time will tell!

Bad physical quality

I will never recommend this product to anyone that I know.
The sound quality is good but the physical quality is the worst.
both left and right side of the headphone starts cracking with no reason.
I even took some photos to share but Bestbuy doesn't have this option.

not worth the money. the inner lining peeled off after a year, and almost immediately one of the bows broke. only buy them if you have an apple and have no choice. If you do not have an apple product, then I highly recommend purchasing other headphones for you.
