This is a good “portable gym” - resistance bands can be used almost anywhere.

This portable gym can be set up around any door that closes. I need to get off the couch and exercise a bit while watching TV or listening to music. No need to change clothes or drive off to a gym. The illustrated useage book shows effective excercises that challenge arms and legs. The bands are a break from heavier iron weights for 10-15 minute work-outs.

Tired of the gyms being closed, opened, closed again so bought this item and it's awesome. Booklet had some basic exercises and hundreds more on Youtube. Maybe I'm just not used to bands but workouts seem more strenuous than using weights for many exercises. Try it, you won't be sorry.

I loved the price and I checked all the equipment and it is flawless, the only thing that was missing were the hooks for the ankles.

I borrowed a friends resistance band for P90X3 and I ended up snapping it in half. I offered to replace it and she would have nothing to do with it. So I surfed around looking for the right collection of different weighted bands. The thing that sold me on GoFit was the 100% replacement guarantee. If you break a band they will replace it for FREE!!! Once I read that, coupled with the fact my friend and Beachbody coach recommended them, I got them coming. The advantage of adding multiple bands in the same carabiner to increase the overall weight is a HUGE advantage. Handles are sturdy and do not hurt your hands and the bands (no matter how far you pull and how skinny the bands get) they seem very sturdy. Everyone needs these for their home gym. I carry the whole kit in my workout bag just in case the daily workout calls for pull-ups. Oh yeah, another great advantage is it comes with a door hold and a wraparound strap and they are very sturdy as well.
