I loved the price and I checked all the equipment and it is flawless, the only thing that was missing were the hooks for the ankles.

I bought this set for a friend who was getting back into muscle strengthening. I had a similar set that I used at home when I did not feel like going to the gym or when I travelled. Best tip - it never happened to me, but make sure the bands are securely held in the door so the band won't shoot out at you.I had a hard time with free weights and machines, so I was glad that I had the convenience of weight training at home without taking up any floor space. The bands were easier on my body.

Great price for a wonderful product! I only wish that the ankle straps had hooks to attach to the bands. That is my only criticism. Otherwise, I love the fact that the weight ranges from 20lbs to 140 lbs. This product with expand with you! It is a great home gym alternative. Buy it...now.

Works as advertised and is a great alternative to going to the gym as long as you have an understanding of how to adapt your gym routine to the bands.

This system is very portable. I can take the pieces I need with me on the road. At home, I just leave in the door jam the resistance band I'm using and it's a great motivator as I pass by. Can't think of a negative thing. I like that the cord resistance weights are clearly marked.
