[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to drive a quiet lot and looked for a bluetooth receiver solution without replace my original audio system. This one support Siri and have built in microphone. The sound quality is good and have rechargeable battery. Fits just perfect for my everyday needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drive an older truck to work every day, with an older model car stereo. Monster's Bluetooth Audio receiver allows me to listen to my music from my phone while driving an hour and a half back and forth to work. The monster receiver was easy to set up and it helps me stay within state cellphone guidelines while driving, by making everything hands-free. I also like the versatility of this Monster product because I mostly use the receiver in the truck, but I can also use it in the house. I do recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for my car and I love how easy it is to connnect to my device. It’s very small and portable. Also it connects fast I love the design and how it lights up when it’s connected. Also you can use any device to hook up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to give bluetooth functionality to my husband's car that didn't have it built in. Certainly made our road trip much easier! Neither my husband or I had any trouble connecting to the device. Great value for the price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bluetooth receiver performs pretty well for it's price and easy availability. It's available in Walmart stores as I'm writing this - so if you need a Bluetooth adaptor today at a low price, this could be a good option.
Be sure to charge this for a while before trying it. With a dead battery, it did not work for me - even while it was plugged in to a micro-USB charger.
I didn't have a car with an auxiliary input, so I tested this on a couple of my home stereo receivers. The biggest issue I have with this adapter, is that the line level output is lower than whatever my receivers are expecting. Even with the Bluetooth output turned all the way up on my phone, I had to crank my receiver way up to get sound that was as loud as it would be with another input. In my case listening to iHeart Radio via my phone on Bluetooth had to be turned up to 60 on my receiver, to match 40 using the FM tuner. This behavior was consistent on a couple of different receivers, with two different phones, and testing with iHeart Radio, Spotify, and YouTube. I also noticed a "pop" if you pause the source audio.
The microphone on the adapter doesn't have very good gain when making phone calls. When I had someone call me with this adapter, I could hear them, but they weren't very loud. I suspect this could be even more of an issue in the noisy environment of a moving car.
Executing assistant commands using "Hey Google" worked well.
All of that said, for the price I think this is still a decent value.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have an older model car that doesn't allow your smartphone to connect you need this device. Just plug it into the AUX port on your car stereo and you now have hands-free control of your phone while driving. Easy to install and has a solid connection. Keep your hands on the wheel, your eyes on the road, and use your voice to control your phone. Get one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This audio receiver is well designed in terms of dimensions, I do love its small compact size. The way I have the bluetooth receiver set up, the power button is on the bottom, which makes it a little difficult when turning it on/off. The documentation that comes with the product is rally confusing and actually pictures and discusses a different product altogether. However, it was easy to pair; make sure the device is turned on and pair it to your phone. The device does have a lower volume, so I have to turn my system up a bit higher than I normally do. One tedious factor about this audio receiver, the battery lige does not last very long, so I do have to charge it frequently. Also, I can not have phone conversations through this audio receiver, I can barely understand the person on the other end and vice versa. It gets the job done.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product a few weeks ago oh boy what a super choice I drive a lot and this item is perfect handsfree and no wires also voice controlled is on point the set up was very simple i don't think there's anything bad to say about this product and it also sounds clear no static
