Good quality earbuds but they don't last for a lon

The first pair I bought had an issue where sometimes a very sharp and unpleasant noise would suddenly play in my ears, and then they would turn off.
The seller sent me a new pair, but I’m having issues with these ones too. Sometimes both earbuds don’t connect to my phone, and it takes a really long time for both of them to connect and start working. Other times, one of them just turns off on its own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
