I'm a personal trainer who does work over zoom. These adjustable bells are perfect for someone looking to get into learning kettlebell training while also doing so on a budget. Easy to use, 6 bells in one, and durable. I own two now and my training has really spiked. Great for progressive overload training.
I like the kettlebell very much but I just wish he was a bit smaller. I'm a 5'2 and doing sumo Squats with arms extended straight, I can't squat as much as I want because the kettlebell reach the floor .
I love this kettlebell and that’s its adjustable. The only issue I have with it is changing weight up to the max weight. Occasionally the pin will not slide in and out easily, but it seems to be getting smoother with age.
When I cant get to the gym this kettle bell is a much needed piece of equipment for my work outs. It provides a variety of weights for various exercises all in one unit. it's a bit larger then standard kettle bells and the weights clang around a bit but it's versatility of having all the weight options in one unit is what sold me on it.
Products like these that respond to market demand with innovative features are in short supply. In a relatively small package, there is a large range of weight. Upon arrival, the box was neatly packaged in a very nice box within a box. I opened her up and almost fell over from the smell, clearly indicating a new product.
What I like: good packaging, comes with the pad for it to rest on, very nice, easy-to-grip large handle, innovative system that allows for a wide weight range, getting started guide, and instructions (though not much needed) are clear. The system appears well constructed and a very good value for the money.
What I would like to see improved: There's a little bit of jingle/banging around of the weights when the kb is not "full." Additionally, it's a bit large, though I do like the large handle!
