Ice maker not working only 2.5 years old

Bought this fridge 2023, was delivered in December 2023. In March of 2025 the ice maker stop making ice. The repairman replaced the ice maker, the panel on the rt side of the freezer, and a fan in the back of the freezer that sounded like a plane was taking off. All of this took 6 month. Still no ice. I finally got a hold of someone from kitchen aid, not easy and explaining all of the above to her. She offered to send a repairman to fix my ice maker. Guess what was the same repairman that couldn't figure out why the ice maker is not making ice. Waited 2 weeks for my appointment. He calls this morning knows the history of the freezer and tells me is not coming over, because he has already tried everything. States will call whirlpool to see if they can offer some assistance with this problem, which is what this model has had several issues and complaints from customers. Told me would call me back. It's 445 pm no call, from when he called me at 1000am. My husband and I are very disappointed that we bought such an expensive fridge, from kitchenaid. I have spent one year trying to find a solution, fix it, called kitchenaid several times, visited the place where we purchased the fridge. Still no help, from the repairman or kitchenaid. If this company believes in theirs products they should refund my money or give me a new fridge. What we have is a lemon. I know I will not get a response to this review or a phone call from someone that cares. My next email to the ceo at kitchenaid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
