Excellent during holidays heating up dishes

Beautiful & great size, but not worth the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s an absolutely beautiful range & I love the size (36”). However, the control knobs are hard to read, the oven takes at least 15+ mins to preheat and already need a service call as the stove burners don’t ignite quickly &/or have uneven flames, but this could be an install issue and not an equipment issue, waiting for service call to determine cause. Range is only 2 months old with light cooking. Althea a beautiful range and has a wonderfully sized oven, I do not think it’s worth the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible - Do Not Buy

I bought this range in October and still have been unable to get it to work properly. Service has been preformed on it twice plus a replacement of the control knob and motherboard. It is still unusable. After reaching the desired temperature, it does not reheat. Therefore, the temperature continues to drop over the cook cycle and when the door is opened. This makes cooking in the oven nearly impossible.
KitchenAid appears unable to fix my oven. I would not recommend buying this product and wish that I had not either..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Venting Makes no sense

Be Forewarned Instead of venting top back -this unit vents front left onto the underside of controls. Called Kitchen Aid - after 67 minutes simply told to " wipe the steam away with soft cloth " - makes no sense.
Just purchased and I really do not want to live with this annoyance for the next say 10 years. I would really be concerned if younger children were roaming about.
Can't believe I am the only one complaining.
