Really like my new Kitchen Aid Double Oven

Love the easy start to Air Fryer, Oven, Convection...temps are true and the visuals are very clean. Super happy with our purchase.

Beware! Oven is not self-cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so upset to learn this oven does not have self cleaning! The oven is fine, but the “steam clean” feature does not work well at all! I love to cook and use my oven regularly. I dread cooking a prime rib because now I’ll have to spend an hour cleaning the oven with easy off. Whoever decided to make an oven that isn’t self cleaning just took us back two decades.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good so Far with one exception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Install went smoothly as it fit in old 30inch cutout. Operation is OK, takes a bit to get use to what each knob does. Heat calibration was very accurate. Different modes performed well.
Shortcomings- The timer alarm is very weak, even on highest setting, you won't be able to hear it outside the kitchen. Annoyance- the initial burn generated a lot of smoke, set fire alarm off

Beautiful and Functional Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a builders Whirlpool double-oven with this Kitchenaid double-oven. The oven works perfectly. It has True Convection which means evenly cooked food. The convection fan is very quiet. At first, I thought the connectivity was a gimmick, but it turns out to be useful because it lets me know when the oven has pre-heated. But, with True Convection you do not need to wait for an oven to pre-heat. The controls are a bit more complicated than they need to be, but were easy enough to learn how to operate.
The color matches our cabinets and looks beautiful. A functional work of art. When the lights are on, it is even prettier.
My only complaint is the near worthless ‘steam’ option which is a metal plate that the owner pours water into. I had a steam oven in my last home, this is not a steam oven. The bracket for the steam pan takes up space and gets in the way of the lower rack. It looks to be more difficult to clean than a regular rack.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Both ovens preheat quickly and provide consistent, even heating based on my initial tests. The assisted cooking modes are surprisingly useful, they guide you on temperatures and settings, taking the guesswork out of cooking. The controls are intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes daily use smooth and convenient.
Another feature I appreciate is the PrintShield finish. It noticeably reduces fingerprints and smudges, which is a big plus in a busy kitchen.
Overall, this oven combines performance, ease of use, and a polished appearance. I’m impressed and looking forward to using it more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to get used to this new oven. Does't seem to brown my food like my old electric oven. I made a homemade pizza and used the Pizza setting and it came out delicious. I love OvenFry pork chops but they don't come out crispy like before. I tried both the Bake and the Covect settings and neither produced crispy chops.
