We had ordered our beautiful Forno dishwasher on two sites but they were canceled for some reason. After hours I left a message in there customer support chat section. We were so surprised when the next week we got a direct phone call from a company rep who apologized for the mistake. We were even more surprised that our dishwasher arrived within one week to our home in Cranbrook BC. I installed it with its very easy install instructions; and we are so impressed how quiet and amazing it is. I went from being initially unsure to a now committed Forno customer! :-)

Problem with top tray

The dishwasher is nice but the top tray does not pull out fully. Your staff has been friendly and I hope this will be fixed soon.

Quick response upon our inquiry of the issue. We bought a package of appliances that includes: refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and a microwave oven in March of 2022. There were several times that it didn't start, so we had to turn the breaker off and on, then it works fine. Last week, however, it didn't complete the whole cycle and left water at the bottom.

Looks great. However the top rack doesn’t open all the way as it his the top sprayer. Reaching out to find out what can be done to correct the issue.

Beautiful but not working correctly

Dishwasher is cleaning dishes really well but not drying them at all. Not sure the heating element is working correctly.

Machine doesn't work, when I press start/cancel it doesn't respond and it has few lights on all the time, I need replace or fix please. It has been like that since the beginning, we have never been able to use it, please we need help asap.
