great experience, screen could be more durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "seamless action across apps" feature is really innovative and great. I am very impressed by the side-by-side app capability on the unfolded screen. My only complaint is that I let a kid "draw" on my phone and she pressed too hard with the stylus and now the screen is rough there. Still functions perfectly, though, so that's pretty impressive.

A great phone with 2 in 1 features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent device. I can use as phone and also as mini tab when needed. Dex is another great feature which turns powerful galaxy into a laptop.
Thin and light weight yet can complete heavy tasks.
Customizations we can do is ease.
Once in eco system, sync between devices is so great. Seamless action across apps is so great.
Camera quality is just awesome.

This phone has it all, all the features you can think of, it's even better when you open up the phone to have a tablet size phone that you can store in your pocket. It's also very quick and responsive, it is an amazing phone to have.

The bad:
The worst thing about this phone, typing on the front screen, the keyboard is tiny, your figure won't fit and you keep correcting your spelling all the time. Finding a phone cover is nearly impossible and will make typing even worse. Finally, there's no phone holder to hold this phone for the car.

Love this fold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fold 5 battery life is much improved over the 4. I use it for work and can actually read and work on spreadsheets and other documents.
The seamless action across apps make it easy for multitasking too!
Pictures are amazing and I haven't even begun to learn all of the features! I'm on my phone all day every day and can't imagine doing it with any other phone!

I love the experience but hardware not mature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fold. This is my second fold device. I wish there was a mature process with dealing with inner screen protector. It only seems to last a year and then you have to run around and get it replaced. I wish this process was more mature since replacing this part is a fact of life

It's seamless across all my apps, user friendly and and I receive alot of comments about it. From now on, I will only have a ZFold!!! Can't wait till my next upgrade!??
