Love my phone

Also there's a lot of tricks you can do with this phone such ad split screen with 2 different things to either watch, edit, social media, etc. The wide-screen feature give the opportunity to work from home with multifunctional options.

My first fold phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first fold phone. So amazing. When you open it, you don't see the crease. I watched a hockey game because I was out of town on it, so amazing. I hope they make the front screen larger. It does make reading articles much easier. Seamless action across apps is another great feature! Great how you can be in an app and open it up when you are sharing a photo with friends

We noted your concerns and we would love to help resolve them. If your Galaxy device's buttons stop working, start by checking if any debris or a phone case is blocking the keys. Update your device's software through the Settings menu. If the problem persists, use the Samsung Members app to identify the cause. If it's a hardware problem, you may need to visit a Samsung Service Centre for assistance. Regarding the screen bowing you mentioned, Samsung's Z Assurance program offers a one-time discounted repair for the interior folding screen of Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip devices purchased in the U.S. from authorized distributors before July 31, 2024. To qualify, you must register your device with a Samsung account. This offer is limited to the original purchaser and does not cover second-hand devices. Please note that this promotion applies only to the interior folding screen and excludes repairs for the front screen or back glass. You can access this service via Samsung’s support page by selecting "Start a Repair" and following the instructions for either walk-in or mail-in service. Any additional damages will be assessed separately, and if the device is deemed out of warranty, extra costs may apply. I will NEVER go back to an unfoldable phone again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has knocked it out of the park with the Galaxy Z Fold series! I'm definitely going to get the Tri-fold series. The Fold series is for men with big hands like in have. I use my Fold like a laptop. I do my school, work, games, crypto, and everything from my Z Fold. Every feature is awesome! Also, I have dropped my Fold 4-5 many times with no broken screens yet! The Folds are seriously durable but don't look like they would be. Bottom line; GREAT JOB SAMSUNG! Thank you for a phone for Alpha-Males that have monstrous hands! 💪💪💪
