it's easier to use than I thought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features that this phone has i thought I would have difficulty use but they are not. The transition from screens is easy although I wish that going from the inside screen to the outside didn't lock the phone.

The Galaxy AI is one feature that I love using everytime, helps me make responses more professionally. This phone is another level, Im looking foward to order my Fold 6 anytime soon. I have all samsung gadgets phone, ear buds and watch..

Samsung never disappoints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Zfold 5 and tablet S8+.
The zfold 5 is great when it come to me working in sales. It's easy to show customers information and photos on the large display.
The tablet comes in super handy when needing to get documents signed electronically.
The new Galaxy AI feature on both make it super easy to find things online and completing other tasks that I have difficulty with.
Both are awesome for watching videos and playing games.
I will always be a Samsung customer as I have a slew of other Samsung products at home that I'm extremely happy with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the galaxy z fold 5 and almost everything about it. The only 2 cons I have with it are,
1 the battery normally lasts me a full day of use, occasionally the battery lasts a few hours for no reason
2 I wasn't aware of the AI feature on the phone. I dont like AI so I don't use it.

Eh... it's ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I kinda regret purchasing the fold. The one thing I like about the fold is the large screen. My eyes aren't the greatest, so that is helpful for me. But, many sites and apps do not work well on the screen. Sometimes the entire screen doesn't show, links are missing, or menu button options are missing. The worst is when I'm trying to text while the fold is open. I have a lot of difficulty trying to edit the text or scroll to reread what I wrote. Sometimes it'll glitch and start blinking. Another issue is trying to scroll or press something near the edge of the main screen or fold. It doesn't recognize it because it's so close to the edge. Finally, there should be a screen protector that functions properly with the fold. I've tried many and they just bubble or pop off.
