[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new features added. AI came in handy when I had to take an exam for my second job and doing notes for that job. I will continue to get the Z fold phones. Samsung has been my choice for ten years. I am always amazed at the products Samsung produces.

I leveraged the Galaxy AI so I can proofread and modify business correspondence to be utmost professionalism. Everything about this phone exceeded my expectations!

Love the fold 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my fold 5 for about a year. Most people complain about the crease in the middle, but honestly it doesn't bother 99% of the time. I've had other fold devices. While the changes are minimal it's still a great device over all. Especially coming from the note devices. One thing I'd like to see change is the real-estate on the front screen. I love the device though. I'd probably buy one every year if it were possible.

Great multitasking device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The split screen on the large display allows me to multitask at work. I travel a lot and the ZFold 5 is like a mini laptop. Working on multiple systems is seamless. With Bixby on board, voice activating multiple screens on the go is a breeze, on and off the road. Once my colleagues saw how productive my phone can be, they all want one!

Great phone, but has limits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is powerful and fast. Build quality is amazing! No problems for me outside of one small thing; the narrow outer screen. The screens are bright, colorful, and just beautiful. The best screens, but the form factor brings with it problems. The outer screen is often too narrow for most apps, and due to the abysmal big screen support for Android, it's too big. The app situation is improving for big screen support, albeit slowly.
The narrow outer screen brings another problem for someone like me with slightly bigger than average hands; a narrow onscreen keyboard. So many typos! Lol
Definitely worth a purchase regardless of the shortcomings, just be sure that you can deal with them first.

Great phone, amazing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung galaxy fold, I'm always on the go and the fold gives me the ability to watch my shows on a larger screen and also allows me to read my favorite books without struggling to see font. I really like how long my battery last throughout the day with power saving mode, it has saved me alot when going out late and my friends phones are basically dead. Along with each update there's always a noticeable change and I appreciate that as I keep my phone it's improving until I can get the next one.One improvement that Ive enjoyed is the Galaxy AI, it really let's you see why it's called a smartphone . I was hoping for next phone to be like the fold and thinner and Samsung listens to their customers because I had the opportunity to see a display of it and it's everything I want. The fold series has everything I need : long battery, right size, amazing storage, amazing camera quality , and most importantly durable. I have more then once dropped my phone down stairs at home and it's survived with barely a scratch, even so I'm not worried because covered by their insurance which gives possibilities for a same day fix. I will forever be a loyal galaxy customer.
