Great phone for gaming and movies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't wait to try the AI features. The Z fold is great for people who love to game or stream movies/TV. The split screen option is awesome as well. The only complaint I would have about the phone is that the screens acts weird if it has a smudge or anything as such on it,so constant wiping of the screens can become an hourly task. Overall it's an excellent phone

The product is good but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard finding a case that will stay on this phone and last no matter if it's expensive one or the cheap One cases are the issue for this phone cuz they break it's hard going from the front screen opening the phone to the big screen most the time it stays small games don't adapt to the big screen it seems laggy it's hard to type on the front versus the big screen when you open it a lot of my features don't work half the time and with getting this phone I used to always have good service now I struggle to have service video play playing games all that works fine if the game should work and if it should adapt to your bigger screen

From Settings, tap Display > Screen layout and zoom/Screen zoom. 2. Drag the Screen zoom slider to adjust the zoom level. Or you can choose which apps you want to use in the full screen aspect ratio. From Settings, tap Display > Full screen apps and tap apps to enable this feature and customize options. I've attached a link with your device manual below for your records as well. If your phone or tablet's touchscreen is frozen or does not respond to touch, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your device. It could be something as simple as a faulty app. Take a moment to review, "Galaxy phone or tablet's screen is frozen or responds too slowly" to help resolve what you may experiencing with your device. App continuity allows your apps to transition between the cover screen and the large display seamlessly. You can choose which apps you want to continue using on the cover screen when you close your device. From Settings, tap Display > Continue apps on cover screen, and tap apps to enable this feature. Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. Take a look at, "Issues with mobile network connection on Samsung phone or tablet" for some helpful troubleshooting steps. was amazing at first

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My zfold5 was amazing at first. Then came the ever infamous inner screen problem. I unfolded my phone to use the larger inner screen and heard a almost crackling sound. From that moment on the inner screen has separated in the center and there is a large blacked out area from top to bottom in the center. Also due to this issue the inner screen in completely unresponsive to any touch making it 100%unusable... this is a known manufacturer defect that many of us users have found they refuse to fix so we have only a partially functioning phone... what up with "GALAXY AI"

Galaxy Z Fold 5 forever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is a true wonder. I tell my bosses to get a galaxy z fold 5 or higher for a terrific phone experience. I use this phone for everything from work to home. I love the ability to have a larger screen to do my my bills and emails. I use the regular size for phone calls and texts. I love love love love my phone. This is my dream phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this phone. When folded out all the way it's like a small tablet and I really enjoy watching movies on it. However when folded in half the screen is really small so j had to get used to that and some apps won't show everything that way. There's an obvious crease down the middle but it doesn't seem to affect the viewing pleasure. It's easy to maneuver my way around the phone with functions and apps. Downloads are fast and efficient. Seems to have a good standing battery life. It synch well with my external devices like watch and headphones. I did notice that with my particular phone case and the heat outside reaching 118° that the phone will get too hot and will not allow some apps to work until cooled but does seem to cool quickly. It performs well when I do delivery shifts of 12hr where I'm using the maps the entire time. It's a well made device and I think I'm only ever going to be able to get Fold phones from here on out because anything else just won't be good enough lol. Would recommend it for sure.
