Good phone, but charge is not so good.

Nice Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off, It's a great device. The price is a little steep though. I really do love the features the Z Fold 5 has compared to other phones on the market and is an upgrade from the original Z Fold version and I can only imagine will continue on improving the Z Fold and Flip models over time with some trial and error, and once technology is even more advanced on these type of folding phones. I've been a Samsung customer for a long time and everytime I need to upgrade I usually stick to Samsung. I currently alternate between my ZFold 5 and my Note 10+ which I can't seem to part with. I LOVE the note line especially when Samsung came out with all these cool colors, like for example mine is the Aura Glow and it's still beautiful after so many years, plus works as a mirror on the go. I wish in the future Samsung thinks of doing this with the future phone especially in the folding phones.

Great features and build quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the device for nearly nine months now, and I'm pleased with my purchase thus far. As a new Android user, I conducted research before ordering the phone, and there are several aspects of the device that I appreciate.
The build quality of the device is impressive, and its features have met all of my expectations. I particularly enjoy the folding capability, which eliminates the need to carry a bulky device with a large screen. The split-screen and multitasking features are also excellent additions. The battery life is impressive, lasting through my tasks for extended periods, and the fast charging capability is remarkable. Furthermore, the camera and photography editing features are robust. I love all the Galaxy AI features, the circle for search, video/photo editing and the call translation. The call translation feature is so insane. Watching movies on the device is enjoyable, thanks to its excellent screen quality. However, there are still areas where improvements could be made. A lighter weight without compromising specifications would make it a must-buy device for me. The fingerprint sensor could be more sensitive, and enhancing this technology would be fantastic. While the screen quality is superb, the touch screen occasionally lacks responsiveness during multi-touch interactions. Additionally, I'm interested in applying a privacy screen protector to the large screen but unsure if this option is available.

Best Fold Phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the picture quality could be a bit better to rival the Galaxy series, out of all the folds I've owned (this is the 4th one I've owned), it functions the best overall. It has fewer lag issues, doesn't overheat as often as the previous Folds, and has a much better processing system. Overall, I'd say this is the best phone I've ever had, and I'm an avid Samsung owner--always have been, always will be. The new AI feature is really awesome as well--I love taking pictures of items and it automatically recognizes what the items are.

Great big screen, bad small screen

Also, the phone is much too heavy and bulky.. along with that the pen should be integrated into the phone because having it externally attached just adds to it's already bulky size.

Amazing phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first foldable phone, and I absolutely love it. I'm able to multitask so easily, which makes it great for work. Of course, it's also amazing for streaming because of that massive screen when it's unfolded. I actually do like the size of the outer screen since it makes it easy to use with one hand. After using this phone I'm definitely never going back to a regular phone. And if that wasn't enough, this phone received an update and now has many Galaxy AI features that are great to use. My favorites are circle to search, and photo assist which makes it even easier to edit photos. I've also tried the Live Translate a few times and I can't believe how good it is already. Overall just a great phone.
