Great phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone! Does everything you want it to do. It is the phone/tablet ive always wanted. Big enough phone unfolded, small enough when folded and tucked away. Great operating power never had any issues with the exception of a bit latency on the inside screen. Other than that, perfect phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The z fold 5 needs more improvement on the inside screen I used it for a while them the screen started to make noise when. I open or close it witch made me go back to my older z fold 2 5G I've used this phone more then the z fold 5 I used to have and it still works like new no noises from opening and closing it like the sound of plastic I used to have on z fold 5 I don't have on my older fold phone. They need to fix or add some things but In all its a ok phone

Best smartphone I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intrigued by folding phones since the first Fold released and finally decided to actually get one with the Fold 5. I think it's easily the best phone I've ever owned or used. The cover screen could be a bit wider, but it's still big enough to comfortably use it if you don't want to unfold the phone for whatever reason.
The phone is best unfolded though, of course. It's like a mini tablet instead, and is especially nice for any multitasking with 2+ apps, video content, and games. I've been playing a lot of games after getting a mobile/phone controller too, turning it into something like a switch or steam deck.
You can also use the phone only partially unfolded, though it's a little niche. It can be nice for watching videos hands-free without anything else to hold the phone up, though. It can also be nice if you read ebooks, assuming your ebook app supports a 2 column mode like KOReader.
The AI features from One UI 6 were unexpected, some of them like the AI generated wallpapers are just neat but the AI image editing (particularly removing objects) and the circle to search for anything from any app are very useful.

Only space for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fold 5 provides good mobility, I used to travel with my phone, tablet and a laptop. In my recent trip, all I brought was my fold phone.
The main reason I'll stick with the fold series is that it provides me with options like watching videos and playing games when folded and website browsing or reading when folded.
Improvements to the phone would likely for the phone to have a larger folded footprint so things don't look so cramped and also for the spen to be integrated within the phone's body so users won't need to have a bulky case.
Definitely looking forward to upcoming updates to the fold 6 which includes the implementation of galaxy ai which also works for video editing.

ZFold 5- Unbelievable technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Z Fold 5 and it is my first folding phone and I'm blown away by the technology. Just think, a phone that can fold to me seems futuristic and yet it's here. I love multi tasking on the big inner screen and love that I can continue using whatever app I'm using seamlessly after folding it up. The big inner screen is awesome for watching movies and playing games. I will never go back to a regular slab phone again. I love my Fold!

Back to a Phablet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm IN LOVE with this phone! Especially with the AI updates that were pushed out. I originally got this phone as a Christmas present for myself once the Notes were discontinued. Before the note, I had a Phablet (a phone that was roughly the size of small tablet) that was great but bulky. With the Z Fold 5, I get all the benefits of a tablet hut in a FOLDABLE option. Without the case, the phone fits perfect in my hand, pocket, and clutch.
Now, the AI features! While I'm bilingual myself, I have family members who aren't. So using the AI live call translate was amazing! There's a small lag (no more than 3secs) but it's been accurate in the calls I've done! Circle search was also a fun thing to use. I haven't tested all AI features but I'm so excited to see where the tech is going!
