Great phone

I can never go back to a normal phone again

I like some of it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has a lot of pros, but after owning it for several months, I have some thoughts... The size is nice in some situations. In most, it makes app navigation a pain, and many apps are not optimized for the screen. Because of this, there will be issues with video playback and app aspect ratios. Some apps are just unusable! The camera is of lesser quality than the S24, but you are paying a premium for this phone. I will say the crease is hardly noticeable, and I've done well with very few small scratches on the internal screen protector. This phone is a nightmare to put a case on, though, and the trade-in value is less than half of what I paid for the phone, or I would have changed it out for the new S24 Ultra. One nice thing is the AI. I use it a lot. I write things the way that makes sense to me and then use AI to make it look good for everyone else, haha. If I had to do it again, I would not buy a Fold 5. The front screen is also too skinny to be very usable, though I do have larger hands.

The Z Fold is amazing

I teach a class once a week and I love being able to open the phone and use it as a tablet. It's the most useful phone I've ever had from a productivity point of view..
Opening the phone also makes.watxhing movies and videos so much better.
As.i said earlier, it's very well made. The quality is amazing.

Love having a mini tablet!

Also, when folded, the device is so small, it fits in my cup holder in the car! It fits nicely in my pocket as well. Now it has updated to use Samsung AI software which has come in handy with finding new cooking recipes and also playing around with photos!

Fun phone, but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this phone for reading and general usage, but there are some things that annoy me over time. 1) when open, half the screen seems dimmer than the other half. 2) is hard to open and use the camera on the secondary screen because when you click the button you need to flip it over then unlock it, which seems like a terrible extra step.

Great Features! So fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely adore this device. I'm disabled and have problems seeing small print and this phone has made games and social media fun again.
It's so versatile with the apps and widgets, you really can customize almost every aspect of it. I find new things every day to love about this device.
The AI features are fascinating. I like to do little things with pictures of my garden and doggies.
I have to admit, I've dropped this phone on concrete a couple of ti.es and in our hot tub and it's still running as great as it was when it was new. It's very durable.
You can't go wrong with this phone.
