Never leaving this phone family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone by luck while trying to replace another phone back in 2020 March. This product is unreal. It helps me to do multitask by opening multiple apps in a bigger screen. It is fast and powerful. I have been upgrading every year as new model comes out. Never going to back to traditional one screen phones. Thank you Samsung for inventing this. You have a lifelong customer.

Great phone, software update messed it up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this phone everything was great on it especially for a blind person like me. In movie, games, reading, music. Sadly the software update messed it up badly for me. Having to lose a lot app & settings wise., even in my back-uo to goodle and Samsung acct. Happy with the phone, just NOT with the new UI 6.0 SOFTWARE. now paying for a used fold, instead of a NEW 1..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone because my eyes needed a bigger screen at my age. And i am so thankful i bought it. Took a little time to adjust to maneuvering an android, past phone was not an android. I will not go back. The Android is so much better!!!! If you have a pacemaker this phone does not work with Medtronics app. But the company that monitors pacemakers will send you a gadget FOR FREE, to monitor your pacemaker.

Huge upgrade from previous models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from Galaxy Fold 2, although both screens are technically the same size the Z Fold 5 is such a huge upgrade, the exterior screen has much smaller bezels and it folds completely close, no more gaps. And the biggest upgrade is battery life, it easily last 1-2 days with 9-10hrs of screen on time. The new dimension of the exterior screen makes it much more useful and it's lighter and less bulky. 2023 has been a great year for foldable phones with the Z Fold 5 and Honor Magic V2 and OnePlus Open, looking forward to the future of foldable phones.
