Not as described

I chose these brush heads because the description states they are soft-bristled, which makes sense given that they're marketed for "gum care," and my dentist recommends a soft toothbrush. As soon as I started using them I checked the packaging because the bristles are so firm. The package says medium, so the product listing is rather misleading. I'm disappointed with this purchase.

Works well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have receding gums and I have to be very careful not to agitate this further. These seem to do the trick in cleaning without damaging my gums further. I would recommend for people facing the same issue or those who just want to focus more on this area. Also, I like that these heads are flexible so you can kind of navigate specifically where you want to reach.

Sub-standard Manufacturing - Brush Head
on May 15, 2020

Like other reviewers, the bristles on the replacement head starting detaching after only weeks of use. Also, the replacement head sounds much louder than the one that came with the product when first bought, loud enough to be annoying. Philips needs to have a word with manufacturer(s) about poor quality replacement heads. This is harming Philips’ reputation as well as that of the Netherlands.

First A+ from Dentist Thank You Sonicare Gum Care!

I was told by my dentist to start perio maintenance cleanings every 3 months. I used this Sonicare Gum Care brush head in between cleanings. I missed a cleaning due to the office being closed. At my recent appointment I had a new dentist who had reviewed my chart and previous visit notes. My new dentist said they could tell I had been flossing and brushing regularly, and that I may be eligible to stop perio maintenance appointments if I continue to improve so dramatically. My gums are tighter and no longer bleed during flossing and dental exams! IT is key to floss, then brush, then rinse. My dentist also recommended using a water flosser with 1:1 ratio of warm water to mouthwash!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] G3 brush head only brush head I will use. Cleans very well and easier on my gums and recession. Only complaint is they do not last long. Price is a little high too especially for shorter use life.

Garbage

Like the other reviewers the bristles started falling out before two weeks. And I only use it once per day! What a bunch of garbage for a "premium" head.

Great construction but too rough on my teeth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These toothbrush heads are great construction, easy to put on my Phillips Sonicare toothbrush. I’ve been using it for about a week. The bristle head is large enough to cover more surface area which I like. These are medium bristles and I think they are a little too rough on my teeth. I prefer soft bristles because they are gentler on my gums and for my sensitive teeth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gum care replacement brush heads are so much better than the average Sonicare brush head. If you have sensitive teeth and/or gums, this will surely help you. The bristles are soft but firm . they reach all the hard areas , my gums seem healthier since this past week of using the sonicare . I haven't been disappointed since i started using the Sonicare line.
