If you're moving massive files or doing heavy video editing, the Gen 5 speeds are just ridiculous—it flies through everything without breaking a sweat, and the built-in heatsink keeps it running cool so you don't have to worry about thermal throttling. That said, unless you're pushing serious workloads daily, it's pretty tough to justify the massive price tag just for regular gaming or daily use. Great if you want the absolute fastest tech out there, but definitely a luxury.
