Upgraded my old shredder to this newer model. Has exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend to my friends.
Pros: Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction, Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Service Guarantee, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Warranty

Very Quiet

The shredder is very quiet compared to other shredders that I have owned. The bags fit nicely in the bin.
Pros: Mess Reduction, Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity

Excellent Product, but came in USED!!!! Disappointing!!!

Design and Performance are truly excellent, but my shredder came in used. The cable packaging was already torn open and the machine itself was scratched on the side. Disappointing that the company sends used product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
