I like the oven and the pre-warm feature. However, the timer ticking can become irritating when something is in the oven for a long time. Overall, it is a great tabletop oven.

Controls are simple and easy to use.
But metal frame around glass door has nothing to prevent hand/finger burn if touched accidentally.
Also tray does not slide out when door is opened so you have to reach inside hot oven to get the food out

It's noisy, it doesn't toast well, the knobs are redundant and confusing, the heat dissipates without effect, and I would put it on the sidewalk if I had a sidewalk. If toasting is your primary use, get another toaster. The bake/broil is functional, but I already have a stove -- so only use this when I am making very small portions. My main complaint about it is that it ticks like a timebomb -- loud and annoying.
Cons: noisy! doesn't toast.

The countertop oven has all the features I need for toasting, baking or broiling. Saves so much energy when baking smaller entrees to feed the two of us. It is quite easy to use and to clean up afterwards. KItchenaid is a trusted name, and I hope to get many years of service from this appliance. It is not too big or too small on my counter. Looks classy. The stainless steel design goes with almost any decor. Thank you for a great product.

We bought it to replace the toaster oven which we have used for over 10 years. So far, we all like it. We mainly use it for making toast in the morning and small meals sometimes. The toasts and the meals were good. It looks great and matches our stainless steel appliances in our kitchen.

I bought this 4 months ago, and I am currently searching for another. It takes a long time to cook anything in it. It takes almost 10 min to toast bread to golden brown.
