there is only one thing wrong with this product.The pouring SPOUT needs to be redsigned.It needs to be a little wider and sides higher.

Well designed and good looking. Would prefer not to have to turn it around to put in the coffee grounds, then back to introduce the water. Still easier to place the water reservoir in the machine than most makers.

I purchased this coffee maker about six weeks ago and it is a GREAT system. You can just set and forget until the next day and great coffee. You even select the brew strength. The only fault is the top ring on the glass carafe will not stay glued down, so expect to have to re-glue the ring. Other than that it is a real good investment.

I bought my coffee maker 10 months ago. It has a lot of features that I have I like the removable water tank. What I like the best is that I do not need to put extra coffee grounds to have a good brew. 1 measuring spoon for every cup of water marked on the water tank works perfectly and I like my coffee rather medium-dark roast.
For some reason, every time we pour from the carafe, coffee spills. Something about the design causes this because we entertain often, and no matter who pours, this happens. Other than that, a great machine!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

14 Cup Coffee Maker

I searched high and low for a 14 cup coffee maker and found this one. It's a great coffee maker, only drawback is the carafe started leaking where the plastic rim meets the glass. I called customer service and they are replacing it, free of charge. Other than that, I love it.
