I have been using the Sarasa 1.0, .5 and .7 pens for awhile....all was fine until about one year ago when each one of them will stop working and the flow of ink completely stops. Sometimes, with vigorous shaking I can get the flow back. Other times, I just through the pen out. I work in a office of 10 people and they all are experiencing the same issues. We thought that it was an isolated issue with a certain lot manufactured, but same issue is recurring with new boxes purchased. I love the pens and the different sizes available, but am getting frustrated with this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated or will need to move to another product line.

I have been buying the Sarasa Gel Retractable pens multiple times a year, and using them to color-code my life, for about 15 years now. I've tried other colored pens and nothing has come close to these. The colors are vibrant and I love how quick they dry, I rarely get a smudge from them. I use them in my planner everyday! I'm kind of known by my colored pens by people at my work, and was known for them in high school as well. Please don't ever stop making them! Only cons (that really have nothing to do with the pens themselves): - The plastic case they come in falls apart easy. I really like how it displays all of the pens making colors easy to find, but when it falls apart I have to put them in a pencil case. #firstworldproblems - Whenever there is a color change it throws off my whole color-coded system in my planner. Please only add colors, don't change them.

I have a package of ten gel pens. They are so frustrating! Each time I start writing with any of these pens they start out smooth and wonderful and then it just slowly stops writing as though it has run out of ink. The pens are practically brand new, with the ink levels visibly high in each pen. It's very frustrating and has ruined several documents.

this pen is perfectly smooth. and the blue ink color is balanced blue. it doesn't leave prints on the papers back so it is perfect for notebooks. it is really nice pen and nice experience.

I cannot leave a review that expresses how much I adore your f-series pens. I have never loved another pen more... BUT the Sarasa ones come in so many more colors!!! Will the refills fit into an f-series?

I've been using the 0.7 in red and blue for over 6 years through school and my job. I can no longer find them anywhere in Spokane WA. Have they been discontinued or is distribution causing this problem? I really need them.
