Great bidet

Awesome Bidet! However, poor instructions. Comes with washers that serve no purpose whatsoever. No mention of how to use them in the instructions. Very confused during installation. Other than that, love it

First one (it's previous model is DLS Discovery) leaked water from the base after 2.5 years. I then bought this Horizon model which worked for 1.5 years and then no warm water. Biobidet support outsources warranty support to Toiletland in Canada. It replied my email but no more responses since then.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GREAT EXPECTATIONS

The Bio Bidet Horizon Bidet Seat is a disappointment. It was received as an upgraded replacement of a product, which worked beautifully for almost three years—until it didn't.
Unfortunately, the only things that work on this replacement are the seat cover opening when I enter the bathroom, closing when I leave—and the whistle!
Most important, as I am the only user of this bidet, the FRONT, which is indicated by a female figure is not properly directed for a woman. It is directed in the same position as REAR and cannot be adjusted in any way with the remote. The NOZZLE POSITION is directed to the REAR as well, and does not adjust.

3 times a charm

Replacement for 4 year. Warranty honored, then replacement had 1 issue. Prompt attention and now this works like a charm especially the automatic seat opener which opens GENTLY and seat always warm and spray has been adjusted to washing and cleaning perfection. Although this bidet is a little pricier than some of the others I would recommend because this product has a 5 year warranty and most others have a 1 or 3 year warranty.

The control is easy to use. Setup was easy since we already had a previous biobidet that we were replacing. Auto toilet lids are convenient. No complaints, works well.

much different than the USPA 6800, not better

Received the Horizon as a warranty replacement for the USPA 6800. It is quite different, not providing the 2 personal settings available on the 6800. The water pressure is very noisy, distractingly so. The connection system to the toilet is very difficult to get properly anchored, unlike the 6800 system, the remote is bit odd as it is horizontal not vertical config, with unclear indicators for nozzle position and for water pressure. The manual is very limited in info, needs to be much more useful, such as how to turn off the auto seat cover open/close, which is just plain silly. Frankly I do not really like it and preferred the 6800, as well as the VOVO seat which I also have.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
