Perfect for tumbling!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My seven year old daughter loves using this mat for cartwheels, as well as practicing her back walkovers. It is a very thick mat and the length is perfect for all her flips. The quality is also EXCELLENT. You can tell this will be a long lasting mat.

Super stiff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for working out in the gym as I like having more cushion. But honestly it’s really only good for stretching. There is too much stiffness to the cushion and thickness that a regular HIIT workout for me was difficult. Would recommend highly for stretching though!

It helps her practice safely at home with her stretches and tumbling. It folds up well and is easy to carry with the attached handles. It is also a great thickness which provides great protection from the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this BalanceFrom Fitness GoGym Folding 3 Panel Exercise Mat with Handles a few weeks ago and it is great. The mat is of a good thickness and keeps my back, knees, and elbows comfortable on my hard floors. One side is non-slip and it helps keep the mat from sliding all over. The mat is easy to clean too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Five year old daughter loves this mat. It's the perfect size for her and has been quite durable. Even when she's not flopping, rolling, etc, on it, she's using the folding feature to make a fort or something else. Great product!

Many uses!

My kids use it for gymnastics in the house, turn it into forts, make ramps for their cars, as a step stool when it’s folded up, and under their nap mats. It gets a lot of use and has held up nicely so far.
