It is great to do any kind of exercising or gymnastic work on. I use it and so did my kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The All Purpose Folding Gymnastics Exercise Mat from Balance Form LLC is a great quality mat. It is big but easy to carrie and store. I love the vibrant pink color and how cushioned it is. My kids love using it to do their exercises and also to lay down on it and watch tv or just play house etc I love being able to bring it with me if I want to use it on the park or at the lake thanks to its portability. It is easy to clean and it stays in place while you are using it. This is definitely a great exercise mat for people at any level of fitness.

Great Gym Mat!

The padding makes it very comfortable and it’s also long enough to fit most people on it laying down. It’s also easy to fold up and store when not using it. Will definitely keep this in mind in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is Avery good exercise mat, really makes those floor exercises a little easier. I was surprised at the thickness of this, but when folded, if doesn’t take up hardly any space. It’s lightweight and durable, I expect to get extended use of it. Have had the roll up mats before but the were never as padded as this. Very Nice, seems well made, no complaints from me.

Better quality than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Folds in 3 sections, is lightweight and easy to handle thanks to the handles on top. Very thick and comfortable for some of my yoga workouts. It's nice and long and is high quality with dense foam inside. Easy to clean the exterior of the mat with a damp rag.
