so far we are happy it is working and our pool is back to blue just hope the system lasts more then 1 1/2 yrs or 2 yrs

Product didn't work

We received it and hooked it up very easily but it wouldn't go on with the timer it was hooked up to. We called and it was very difficult to get someone on the phone. We started the process of getting a replacement and it took a lot of time and energy to get them to ship a new one. Now I have to wait 10-12 business days to get the new salt filter. Also, you cannot set the salt filter to go on at different times for a few hours each time. It will only be able to run once a day.
