its okay. A bit flimsy, but strong enough. If it wasnt wobbly it would put pressure on the bottom of my total gym xl board. So thats fine. But would of been better at an angle. I bought this one since another unit was sold out. But it also does nice lat pulls. handles spin around a lot though. Maybe gkue it down.

Unfortunately it took several weeks to deliver and when it did arrive it did not fit my Total Gym APEX G3 even though it says the product fits all sizes.

They are a great idea but are not that stable. The rubber handles do not stay in place...in fact my husband had to glue them on.

The Press Up bars do the job as advertised. I do wish the it came with workout cards you can reference. Otherwise, very happy. I do wish I can order more attachments for my new Total Gym, most items I want are always sold-out.

Parts all there. However the package was not sealed properly so I was lucky not to lose parts. also brought a years sub in total gym T.V and this DOES NOT WORK
