Bad battery, overheating, no headphone jack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A real step back in phone progression. "Upgraded" from the S8 Active, which could last 2 days on a single battery, and had a built-in case. This phone lasts about 12 hours, and will actually die around 6-10% charge. It gives you a false reading to make you think it's more charged than it actually is. The glass is easily scratched, and so is the paint. There's no headphone jack or SD card slot, and obviously no removable battery.
Software-wise, I'm sure it's great, but I only use my phone for calling and reading. A faster processor isn't really what I'm looking for in a cellphone. The camera is amazing, but zooming in distorts your videos as the 3 lens switch from one to the other.
Bring back the Active phones. I'm switching to Google.

I love the phone features camera is great

Battery isn't great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung phones are great. This one has a weak battery capability. What I like about Samsung is the bright oled and the true interest the manufacturer has with the operation of the software.
Unfortunately my battery is not as strong as the other Samsung phones I've purchased

All around excellent device

The call quality is great, camera is breathtaking. I never fear for my storage being full ever again! Absolutely recommend this to a android novice or a pro! (I am a Technology Professional by trade)
