This isnthe worst Samsung Galaxy phone I have ever had. I've had 3. My Galaxy 10 was the best! I would still have it today, if Verizon had not taken the insurance off of it. I cracked the screen and had to get this junk of a phone. With every update it get worse. It says it's 5G, but it has the worst connection service, the battery dies at 5%, it will not hilold a charge, it will just cut off while in the middle of work. Now the the newest up the picture ratio of websites and videos will not fit the screen. I am so in shock over the quality of phone from Samsung Galaxy line. Please do not purchase this phone. The stress and headaches from the phone is tiresome and very frustrating. Samsung you need to replace all of these with a phone that works. Just give me my Galaxy 10, please. Smh
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good phone for price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The software could definitely use work. I've had issues with freezing and a few crashes. Wireless charging works good and sometimes the camera has issues.

The Perfect Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone as my portable computer - everything from spreadsheets to notes to texting to emails etc. It's really important to me to have a phone that works fluidly, is easy to navigate and has decent battery. The camera as well is a big step up from my last phone - the S8 - and i can get really great shots. As a flagship phone its evident that effort was invested into the UI/UX aspects of the phone, in addition to the fact that background apps don't eat battery as older phones experiences.
