Nothing but trash. Very disappointed

Bought this phone about a month ago and it was a terrible decision. Terrible performance, terrible battery life, I should have stuck with my IPhone SE. Now I'm stuck with this and hoping to swap my sim card into an 8 year old phone due to better performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never had issues using this phone. Like all the other Samsung phones I've owned, this phone is a winner! I love the custom sound adapter. Great for impaired hearing. The sound is incredible with headphones.

Solid Phone, Inside and Out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's nothing better than having a phone that can 100% handle the workload you throw at it. From playing various games set at the highest graphics with high FPS, like Call Of Duty and League Of Legends. To jumping app to app, multitasking quickly without ever lagging, or needing to close apps in order to free up RAM. The feel is sturdy and has a nice weight, the cameras take amazing photos with an amazing Night Mode that really works. The battery life is what I expected with how I use the phone, sometimes it's even better.

Battery life: not so good.
Tapping an icon may open the app or switch to a different page.
Fingerprint reader is so weak you can't use a screen protector.
No way to expand storage.

I just love the camera and sound
