I have been a Samsung user for more than 10 years. Researched the S22 for about a month and thought it would be a great upgrade. Should've stuck with my S10E!!!! although it is a good phone- the battery life on the 22 is horrible!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this phone because my S9 was cracked. I figured I should get a new one and didn't want a big tablet for a phone. I like it but I found a few things I didn't know after a few days of using the phone. It does not have a headphone jack. Yes nowadays there are wireless earbuds but not everyone has them and not everyone can afford them. I for one used to use the wired headphones as back up. If I ever forgot by earbuds at home. Another thing was the little led light to let you know you have a notification. It was one of my favorite things. This phone does not have it. The fingerprint unlock would be nice where it was before in the back by the camera. I honestly like it better there than on the screen. It also does not come with the ac adapter. How am I supposed to use the phone if I can't charge it. Luckily I have a charger from before but not everyone is in the same position. I do like that Facebook isn't like stuck on the phone now. I can uninstall it if I want. Overall it's a good phone so far. It does what it's supposes to do. If I could return it though and get my full refund I definitely would. I'd rather have my S9.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Anais, thank you for your feedback on your Galaxy S22. The S22 does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack built in as you mentioned but it does support USB-C to 3.5mm adapters to provide that functionality fortunately. We are always looking for ways to improve and the other feedback you have provided here is exactly the kind of information we can use while continuing to innovate for the future. Thank you again for your feedback and being a valuable Samsung user.

Periodically, the phone will lose connection so you can't send or receive phone calls or texts. You have to reboot the phone. It's a pain.

Hi, thank you for your feedback, we do take your concerns into consideration for future updates and products. It is recommended that you do not charge the phone and talk on it at the same time because this can cause the battery to degrade. If you do feel like the phone is getting too hot to safely handle, then we would recommend reaching out to Samsung Care and they can help you to troubleshoot your device. I have provided some links below that may be of some use to you.
Pretty display but it just won't reliably connect to wi fi. I never had any connection issues with my S8. I also liked the design of the S8 better. It was more unique. This one looks like just another new phone.
