Great features, one inconvenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone a month ago and it is a great phone, I love the camera quality, it works seamlessly, my one issue is the battery life, I use my phone often for work and the battery feels like it's almost always dead by lunch, I am always on the move so I have to carry a portable charger which is inconvenient
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible finger scanner

When you put a screen protector de finger scanning is just the most terrible in the market I'm disappointed samsungs I change to iPhone a years ago and know y try to come back but just disappointed, bad battery, lag in apps, terrible face I'd. Im back to iPhone

Bought this phone on pre-order, upgraded from the s20 ultra. Big mistake. The battery life on this phone is nearly non existent. Not having and SD card option and no aux port also big negatives (s20 had no aux port either). Everybody who got this phone should be eligible to a refund and/or a free upgrade.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this phone about a month ago and I could not believe how ugly it was out of the box. I considered returning it. The battery life is the worst I've ever had. My cheaper S20 FE had way better battery life. No block with the charger. It works fine other than the battery but nothing to write home about. If I didn't get a hefty discount from my carrier I would be returning this cheap thing. Every year they look for ways to charge you more and give you less for the money. This is the worst Galaxy S so far. My S4 was better.

OMG I Had the phone 1 day and it requested foactory reset after I imported all of my data. It locked asking for a password even though all I set was the pattern. I hard reset and it did it again a day later. I called samsung and they said the phone was defective and would need to be replaced. I took it to A T and t and they said Samsung had to replace but did another hard reset since I work in Healthcare and cannot do without phone for 2 days!!.... well it locked again and I finally got the phone replaced at the store. Now I see another request for a factory reset again!! I set pattern face and password and I am waiting in dread... I have been Samsung for ever but now I may have to go to the dreaded IphonIPhone!! I am so sad
