Better than I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to this from a Moto x4 which was very outdated and slow. This device now saves me an incredible amount of time and significantly reduces my stress. I've always been a budget phone user, so I didn't think it was that critical to get a flagship phone, but I feel like I've finally been converted. Many of the features I didn't consider important actually make the phone much more of a pleasure to use. Despite being so feature-packed, this phone and its software are still extremely fast, responsive, reliable, and stable. I cannot recommend it enough. The battery life is a bit modest, but enough for my daily needs, and the flip side is that the phone is incredibly comfortable to hold and use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A big step backwards in functionality.

This phone seems like a pretty big step backwards from my S9. Samsung Health is no longer able to measure my heart rate, blood O2, or stress. It seems that I now need to buy an accessory if I want those features. Android Auto also no longer works in my 2017 vehicle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
