Not pleased. They called it an upgrade but when I got it home I found I have absolutely no signal. All other phones I had would have signal. Now I can't even text from home. Away from home it does good.

Worst phone ever.

The battery life on this is terrible battery doesn't even last 2 hours and that is without using it. I had a Google pixel 2 and the battery lasted for at least 30 hours before it needed to be charged. Picture quality is terrible it changes the colors of the objects in the picture for example, white turns blue. I am returning this.

The new phone features have changed to far from other older devices. It doesn't work or isn't compatible with what I used to own.

Coming from a Galaxy S9 this phone is a win from start to finish. A little bigger, a lot brighter, a lot faster, faster charging, better battery life, made with better materials, a serious upgrade on the electronics inside and better connectivity. I'm quite pleased with it.
