My experience after using it for about 2 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use my phone primarily for texting, talking, listening to spotify and watching youtube videos. The experience is good but there is room for improvement. Main issue I found is changing orientation is not smooth. Sometimes I need to try a few times for the screen to change position. An app called good Lock is a must. One feature I added through it is changing songs with volume button. Another feature is everytime I unlock my phone wallpaper changes. The smartview works pretty good with my TV but I notice it starts to lag after using it for like 3 to 4 hours. Sometimes I use dex mode with my TV to stream video content. Doing this frees up my phone so I can still use it.
I haven't had issue with battery, it lasts me the entire day.

Excellent performance, skimping on classics

- Bring back expandable memory
- Bring back physical headphone jacks
- Ensure audio performance receives as much focus as camera performance
Do those three things, and I'm a Samsung customer for life.

Phone that gets the job done

Great overall phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phone but there a couple things that aren't really well thought:
1. Elimination of the SD storage card
2. Finger sensor in the screen doesn't work very well and it is not as comfortable as it was in the back
3. I always always have issues with the charging port. It is the 3rd phone I have the same issue with where suddenly it doesn't charge anymore through the por and I have to charge it wirelessly.
4. Battery life. At the beginning it is great but it is quite fast when the phone needs to be charged 2 or even 3 times a day.

Not a Good Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Samsung Galaxy series phone since the s10 debuted and each model thereafter. They have all been great. This phone however has an extremely poor battery life, annoying side buttons that seem counter-intuitive, no phone jack, fails to send notifications for updates, is glitchy, and is just sub-par from my last Galaxy phone. Because of this, I've made the decision that this will be my last Samsung Galaxy phone. I expected better from the company.

It works great most of the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great most of the time. But if you don't reset it every week it starts freezing and won't open past the lock screen and glitches. There's also this pop up ad from an app or program that I can't turn off that just pops up when I'm in the middle of stuff, very annoying.
I use it for pics, games, social media, and work.

Great device

I love to take pictures and options with the camera are great. Excellent for sharing and Instagram. My games come up quickly. I've had no issues and am completely satisfied.
