Great product at a great price

This is my fourth Amazfit watch over quite a few years. From the Bip, GTR2, Cheetah Pro and now this, they all steadily improved in functionality, GPS accuracy and more. The Active 2 is a great size and the buttons vs the dial is easier to use. Overall, this is a great watch and an amazing price.

I've been a long time Samsung watch user from the Neo up through the Watch Classics. Of which I really like. However, before upgrading to the newest Watch 7, I decided to give the Amazfit Active 2 a chance and I am very happy I did. Some things are a little less refined in the watchfaces and software compared to Samsung, but the Amazfit build quality, amount of tracking options, price savings and battery life far outweigh the those current refinments. I also believe those refinements will improve more and more over time. A huge mention on battery life…WOW! This itself is a smartwatch game changer, a main reason for trying Amazfit. So far I have been very impressed with my Active 2 so much that I have purchased the T-Rex 3 as well. My workouts have improved and I look forward to analyzing my activity tracking daily. One thing to note, I bought the premium version of the Active 2 and thought the leather band was in addition to the black and orange band, but that's not the case. It only comes with the leather and orange bands. I would have rather had the black silicone band for daily use. The leather band also is very narrow and is really designed for a small or female wrist so a bit disappointing on those accessories. It would be nice to include wider & chunkier bands for us guys, but the watch itself is very nice. I look forward to using my watches and would recommend giving Amazfit a try. These are quality smartwatches.

no support for watych

i received the watch but have been unable to start usb’s it.
First I have an Amazfit watch nd re-installing software did not install the new model.
Second I lost my old watch face and cannot restore it.
Third I am Disappointed with black watchfaces, 99% of the available are black.
Finally the support for Amazfit is non-existent

Absolutely wonderful watch. So incredibly light, legitimately long battery life, functionality works great and seems accurate enough. Syncing to android phone with 0 problems since purchase. I'm probably going to get my wife one too - she originally wanted apple until she could clearly see this looks nicer and more classically like a watch.

My only issue is that the sleep apnea measurement is way off. CPAP machine says 2 per hour while the watch says 19 per hour. That needs fixing

Good-bye Fitbit

I really like the features on the Active 2, however I do find the step count to be lower than my Fitbit. I read this one has a different algorithm and it takes about 10 steps before it acknowledges the steps. I'm not using it as a pedometer, I'm using it as a smart watch and overall health monitor so it's a minor issue unless you're just using it for just steps. It tracks my sleep better than Fitbit and overall I really like this watch. I've only had it for 2 weeks so I'm still in the learning phase, but I don't see any reason to go back to a Fitbit. This is a much better product with better overall health monitoring.
